Refund and Returns Policy

At Novunie, we are committed to providing high-quality sports equipment and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines how to return products, the conditions for returns, and the process for requesting a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Any products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift Cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
a. Contact Our Customer Service Team
Before returning an item, contact our customer service team by email at info@novunie.com or by phone at (660) 679-4258. Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return shipping address.
b. Prepare the Return
- Ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging that came with the product.
c. Ship the Product Back
- Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns that are valued over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost or damaged during shipping.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. After approval, we will process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a damaged or opened condition, we may issue a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned product.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process as described above and place a new order for the replacement item. We do not currently offer direct exchanges for products.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assist you with returning the defective item and provide a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
- Defective Product Returns: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Proof of Damage: Please send us photos of the defective or damaged item along with your return request. This helps us assess the situation and process the return quickly.
7. Late Returns
Returns made after the 30-day return window may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
8. Restocking Fee
For items returned due to customer preference (not defective or damaged), we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s value. This fee is meant to cover handling and processing costs.
9. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, any applicable customs duties, taxes, and other charges associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return of the item.
